DOI > 4 mm shows an OR of 2.20 for pN+ (95% CI: 0.745 – 6.50, p-value = 0.15; Supplementary table 3) and 2.43 for occult LNM (95% CI: 0.64 – 9.18, p-value = 0.19; Supplementary table 3). Multivariable analysis showed that MET positivity is independently associated with pN+ in general and occult LNM when corrected for DOI > 4 mm (Table 5).
