This determines the number of sections that need to be printed in color. Finishing Methods Perfect Bind This is our standard finishing method. Loose sheets are joined together to form a book block, which is roughened in a machine with a milling cutter. The cover is then connected to the book block in flexible glue. Stich bound In this method, sheets are folded into sections, which are sewn together and then glued to the cover. This more sustainable method is less used due to its higher costs and longer production time.
