Ridderprint Manual

Types of Paper We carry 4 standard paper types in our range for the interior and 1 standard paper type for the cover. This manual is made on the G-print 115-gram material and the cover with the 270-gram sulphate board. Through years of experience, we find this selection most suitable for dissertations. Other paper types are also possible at an additional cost. Ask your thesis specialist about the possibilities. Colours As the colour of the paper also influences the colour of the print, colours will show differently on each of these papers. Take a look at the following pages and see how the colours of a print are influenced by each of these materials. We also have a cover comparison material for each of these papers. Keep in mind that only the smooth paper (sulphate board) is suitable for laminate finishing to protect your cover. Inside • G-Print 115 gram: natural white and smooth. Used for the inside of this manual and is our most chosen paper. • HVO 100 gram: matte paper, bright white. Surface has an open structure. • Biotop 100 gram: matte paper, ivory white. Surface has an open structure. • Gerecycled 100 gram: matt paper with a light grey shade. The material is 100% recycled and may have a ‘speckle’ here and there. Surface has an open structure.
