What this study adds? • The most utilized strategies for implementing fall prevention interventions involve training and educating stakeholders. • Implementation strategies must be reported comprehensibly so that others can assess the applicability for their own settings. How this study might affect research, practice or policy • Inadequate reporting hinders the field of improvement science and implementation science from achieving scientific rigor.
