Table 4 provides an overview of the actual delivery of the implementation strategies. In phase one, the train-the-trainer concept involving key users was prepared. The clinical advisor conducted a one-hour training session with key users. During the interview she discussed the various levels of motivation among key users to participate in these sessions: “Some key users were appointed, and it's actually better if you become a key user voluntarily, because then you are more motivated than if they are appointed.” Clinical Advisor
