118 Chapter 6 Myocardial blood volume Out of 10.033 ROIs set on MCE frames, 255 (4.65%) frames in ANOCA patients and 274 (4.94%) frames in healthy controls were excluded for analysis, due to insufficient image quality, motion artifacts and/or inability to reach plateau intensity. A total of 161 MBV values were calculated, 55 during baseline MCE (missing 1.8%), 54 during hyperinsulinemia MCE (missing 3.7%) and 52 during dobutamine-induced stress (missing 7.7%). Four MCEs showed observer discrepancies, involving two MCE’s performed during hyperinsulinemia and two MCE’s during dobutamine-induced stress, which were resolved after re-analysis. Supplemental Figure 2 shows the interobserver variability, the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) for the two observers was 0.87 [0.64, 0.94]. Figure 2. Reduced MBV measurements in ANOCA patients MBV measurements during rest, hyperinsulinemia and dobutamine-induced stress. Data are presented as mean ± SD. A) Comparison between ANOCA patients and healthy controls; B) Comparison among different ANOCA entities stratified by CFT results, a one-way ANOVA was performed. Abbreviations: MBV: Myocardial blood volume; CFT; coronary function test.
