Ik dank auk de res van de femilie Hulsmans, Daniëlle, Hanneke, Peter, Gé, Els, Emma, Koen, Jasmijn, Willem & Fieke veur alle gezellige (en soms op ein fijne manier chaotische) femilie beejeinkomsten, maar veural dank veur ogge steun en interesse in mien onderzeuk. Ik had ut neet zonder de femilie gekint. Dilek, the biggest thanks of all goes to you, my love. There is no way that I would be where I am, if it wasn’t for you. You essentially taught me what it means to throw heart and soul into reaching your goals and inspired me to pursue a study at university in the first place. If I did not have you as a prime example, I surely would have not been able to have any success at university. During my PhD, I regularly discussed my research-related views or methods with you, which helped me incredibly much. Thank you for sharing all of the ups and downs of my PhD journey with me. Your patience, support and help throughout the tough times have meant the world to me, as has your praise when things did go well. You give me such incredible confidence. With you by my side, I feel like the sky is the limit. I enjoy every day that we spent together. Now that you started your own PhD (and we thus suddenly also share a home-office) that is even more shared time. I’m so proud of you! I also sincerely hope there will one day be a Sezen-Hulsmans & Hulsmans publication.
