Patients with adequate health literacy used the consultation card more. Satisfaction, usefulness, and use of the intervention were lower among patients from general practices compared to nephrology clinics. Professionals graded the intervention with 8.17 out of 10 and expressed confidence in using health literacy strategies in the future.
