Overall the PROMs and ROM show good outcomes. However, both groups experienced high complication and revision rates, with a higher revision rate observed in the HA group. Consequently, HA should only be considered for patients aged between 50-60 years with head-split fractures, fracture dislocation, or severely displaced multipart fractures.
