Arnold Huurnink

Curriculum Vitae 149 A Curriculum Vitae Arnold Huurnink was born on the 9th of March 1982 in Gaborone (Botswana). After High School graduation in 2000 at the CSG Dingstede in Meppel (The Netherlands) he studied Human Movement Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2006 he received his Master degree in Human Movement Sciences. Subsequently he studied Medicine at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and received his Medical degree in 2011. After that heworked as amedical doctor for sixmonths at 365 in Amsterdam, followed by a period of six months at the Spaarne Hospital in Hoofddorp at the department of Orthopedics. The PhD research project on single-leg balance performance in sports officially started in 2010. The work performed in this project is described in this thesis. In 2013 he started his traineeship in Nuclear Medicine at the Amsterdam Medical Center and received his Medical Specialist degree in 2018. He now works as a Nuclear Medicine Physician at the Dijklander Hospital in Hoorn.
