This perspective implies that each person may aim to unleash their own creative potential to promote growth and innovation. The present research suggests that people do not need to wait for uncontrollable ‘AHA-moments’, but may proactively create a mindset in which creativity can flourish on a daily basis by managing their levels of physical and mental energy. 5
